Maker of the month / JC Floral Decor

Hello, I am Rita Luk. I moved to U.K. from Hong Kong with my family in 2021. Portishead is our first place to stay in U.K. I love it here so much. In Hong Kong, I lived a fast-paced life. I was busy with work. I seldom spent time on my hobby. But now in the U.K., I can have a work life balance. I don’t need to rush all time. I am happy that I can spend so much time to make my flowers too. I enjoy the life here. 

I learned making flowers with a palette knife 4 years ago. The flowers are made of Cream Clay. Cream clay is light and soft. It looks like real whipped cream too. To make a flower, I use a palette knife to make each petal first and then create a flower with them. So no petals or flowers are the same. Although it takes me so much time to make a flower, it is indescribable how happy I am.
