Our Maker of the month is the lovely & very talented Rose. She is our resident felt artist & it’s amazing the amount of times customers mistake her work for paintings.

Rose Felt Inspired - Portishead based artist Rose Lafferty combines both wet & needle felting techniques to create vibrant landscapes, floral images, animals …..you name it!

Each picture is created from many layers, bringing fibres together from several sources to achieve the desired blends of colours & textures. The three dimensional quality in each unique piece of art brings the subject further to life.
